Welcome to Dlog.site (“Dlog”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including our calendar, journaling applications, and AI-powered features. By accessing or using Dlog, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Continuing to use Dlog after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of our materials without our prior written permission.

6. AI-Driven Features

Dlog provides AI-powered functionality to assist you in calendar management, journaling, and related productivity tasks. While we strive for high-quality and accurate outputs, these AI features are offered on an “as is” basis, without any guarantee of accuracy. You are solely responsible for verifying the completeness and reliability of AI-generated outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Under no circumstances will Dlog or its affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use our services. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Dlog and its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. User-Generated Content

You may submit text, images, or other materials as part of your journaling or calendar usage (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Dlog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process such content for the purposes of providing our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you provide and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

11. Third-Party Services

Dlog may integrate or link to third-party services (such as Google Sign-In) for enhanced functionality. Use of any third-party service is governed by the third party’s terms and policies. Dlog is not responsible for the privacy, security, or practices of third parties.

12. Dispute Resolution

You agree to first attempt an informal resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
